Associate Attorney - Securities & Class Action Litigation

New York City | $160,000 - $220,000+

A nationally respected plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its New York office. The firm handles sophisticated securities, antitrust, and consumer class actions nationwide and offers the rare combination of high-level litigation, strong mentorship, and excellent work-life balance.

What You'll Do

  • Litigate complex federal cases from inception through resolution
  • Draft motions, briefs, and other substantive filings
  • Participate in class actions involving securities, antitrust, and consumer protection matters
  • Work directly with experienced partners on high-profile cases
  • Gain exposure to all phases of complex litigation

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
  • New York Bar admission required
  • Experience in securities litigation, class actions, commercial litigation, or complex federal litigation preferred
  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Passion for litigation and motion practice

The firm will also consider strong defense-side litigators interested in transitioning to plaintiff-side practice.
